Client Service Specialist

Previously an executive assistant, Kari joined AWM’s Client Service Team with a background in customer service, technical and computer skills, and project management. Outside of work, Kari spends time with her family, her pets, and enjoying her horse and mule. She is grateful to be working with the dedicated AWM team and shares the common goal of providing excellent service to clients.

Director of First Impressions

Doreen is the first person you see when you walk into the AWM office. Equipped with 20 years of customer service experience, she helps clients stay connected to AWM’s financial advisors through phone calls and one-on-one meetings. In addition to scheduling appointments, Doreen also prepares reports for the advisors and maintains files. She is also essential to the client services team as she prepares the necessary documents to open new accounts, maintains client contact information, and prepares reports for client meetings.

Doreen is originally from San Diego, Cal., loves the beach, and loves hiking in areas around Reno and Tahoe. In her spare time, she participates in the Crochet Ministry, Meals Ministry, and Greeting Ministry at her church and loves loves spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Director of Client Experience

Dee has extensive experience in client and customer relations and has spent a great deal of her career working in the non-profit, medical, and financial industries, developing strategic plans, programs, and systems. Dee is heavily involved in the community and has served as Chair of the Reno/Sparks Chamber of Commerce, Reno/Sparks Adult Leadership Program, and Reno/Sparks Youth Leadership Program. She has also volunteered for numerous local organizations, including the United Way of Northern Nevada, Casa de Vida, and Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows.
