Erin is responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere for AWM, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients and staff, with various daily activities, communications, and reports.
Before AWM, Erin put her people skills to use as a Case Manager/Community Health Worker II for over 16 years working for non-profits and healthcare in Reno. Whether via phone or basking in the attentive ambiance of our lobby, her eclectic appreciation of music, passion for storytelling (and listening), and her love of family will draw you in. With a B.A. in Romance Languages, she might answer the phone in Spanish or French before turning to share a community resource with you, or perhaps a story about her daughter or husband—and, to her delight, you’ll find yourself sharing too!
